I don’t know about you, but my eye is always drawn to tie dye prints. Not the bright psychedelic hues reminiscent of the 60s, but rather, darker more subdued shades like the shibori-inspired button down blouse from Anthropologie I’m showing today. With a classic cut and tasteful color combo, this top is definitely not your average tie dye!

In this post, I’m showing it styled two ways: 1) a casual shorts outfit, and 2) a little more elevated. Both are minimal, chic, and contemporary.

Elevated Tie Dye Look

I’ve paired it here with these best-selling white jeans from J.Crew and heels. I purchased these jeans a few years ago, but they restock them year after year. They come in classic, petite, and tall sizes and fit true to size. I’m wearing size 27 classic fit.

This soft rayon top in a gorgeous blue motif has two front pockets and is actually quite long. I’ve front-tucked it here and loosely tucked the back. If untucked, it would definitely cover your tush and look cute over a pair of leggings. It fits TTS, and I’m wearing a medium.

Casual Tie Dye Look

In this next look, my entire outfit is from Anthropologie. These are the stretchy, high-waisted shorts I bought in three colors shown in this post and this one, too. You know they’re good if this is my third post featuring them! 🤩 My woven bucket bag is from last summer and no longer available, but I found a similar one at Nordstrom.

I can see myself wearing this casual outfit often, especially with the pleasant weather we’ve been having in Colorado this summer. And when summer is over, this blouse will easily transition into fall and beyond. I’m really happy with my versatile, new tie dye top, and I know it will be in my closet for years to come!Lisa from Midlifeinbloom.com wears a blue tie dye blouse with neutral shorts
