Hope you’re having a great weekend so far, ladies! I’m currently in Scottsdale, and the weather couldn’t be any better…for now! We’re going to cool down quite a bit and get some rain later this week, so I’m enjoying it while I can.
Like me, you’re probably seeing sweater dresses everywhere this time of year. When I spotted this midi-length one (with all five-star reviews) on Anthropologie’s website, I grabbed it. I’m soooo glad I did because it is THE MOST FLATTERING sweater dress…and I’m going to tell you eight reasons why I love it!
1. Midi-length silhouette
Its midi-length silhouette is SO flattering and timeless. This will never go out of style.
2. Dolman sleeves
This type of sleeve gives a little more room on top and adds shape and interest.
3. Side slits
It has not one, but two side slits that hit right at the knee. Not too high. Not too low. Just right!
4. Flattering neckline
This boatneck cut compliments most body shapes.
5. Very soft and comfortable…
…like wear-all-day comfortable!
6. Holds its shape throughout the day 🙌
7. Hello, versatility!
Style it up with boots or heels, or dress it down with sneakers or flats. Add a belt, scarf, jacket, statement jewelry or whatever accessories fit your personal style. I’ve paired it with my favorite off-white ankle boots from this fall, but it could easily be worn with animal print or colored boots of any height.
8. Standard, petite, and plus sizing
It comes in multiple sizing options (as does a lot of Anthropologie’s clothing) to fit our unique body types.

If you zoom in on the picture below, you can get a glimpse of the raised, dotted, zig-zag pattern on the bottom hem.
